sys/poll.h and sys/signal.h just redirect to the standardized
location for these headers, poll.h and signal.h.
On musl libc, including the incorrect header path results in a
warning, and since breakpad is built with -Werror, this is an error.
In exception_handler.cc, signal.h is already included earlier, so
we can drop the sys/signal.h include.

Some tests were failing because they had expectations about the number
of threads in a process, but TSan, and in some cases, ASan, introduce
their own threads. Where a sanitizer affects this, the expectations are
now used as minimum thread counts, not exact thread counts. See
https://www.brooklinen.com/blogs/brookliving/best-thread-count-for-sheets.
These problems were detected by ThreadSanitizer at

If the crashing thread doesn't reference the principal mapping we can
assume that not only is that thread uninteresting from a debugging
perspective, the whole crash is uninteresting. In that case we should
not generate a minidump at all.

This change is resolving an issue that was caused by the combination of:
- Android system libraries being relro packed in N+.
- Breakpad dealing with relro packed libraries in a hack way.
This is a fix for http://crbug/611824.
I also found an use-after-free issue (bug in Minidump::SeekToStreamType). I disallowed the MinidumpStreamInfo copy and assign constructors and the compiler detected another similar issue in Minidump::Print. Then I disabled the copy and assign constructors for most classes in minidump.h (just in case). There are a couple of classes where I couldn't disallow them (since assign is used). This will require a small refactor so I left it out of this CL.

This preserves full build ids in minidumps, which are useful for
tracking down the right version of system libraries from Linux
distributions.
The default build id produced by GNU binutils' ld is a 160-bit SHA-1
hash of some parts of the binary, which is exactly 20 bytes:
https://sourceware.org/binutils/docs-2.26/ld/Options.html#index-g_t_002d_002dbuild_002did-292
The bulk of the changes here are to change the signatures of the
FileID methods to use a wasteful_vector instead of raw pointers, since
build ids can be of arbitrary length.
The previous change that added support for this in the processor code
preserved the return value of `Minidump::debug_identifier()` as the
current `GUID+age` treatment for backwards-compatibility, and exposed
the full build id from `Minidump::code_identifier()`, which was
previously stubbed out for Linux dumps. This change keeps the debug ID
in the `dump_syms` output the same to match.

If the stack sizes for threads in the MinidumpSizeLimit test are too big,
then subtracting 64KB from the normal minidump file size is not enough to
trigger the size-limiting logic. Instead of basing the arbitrary limit off
of the normal file size, make it relative to the 8KB stack size the logic
assumes.

When there are upwards of 200 threads in a crashing process, each having an
8KB stack, this can result in a huge, 1.8MB minidump file. So I added a
parameter that, if set, can compel the minidump writer to dump less stack.
More specifically, if the writer expects to go over the limit (due to the
number of threads), then it will dump less of a thread's stack after the
first 20 threads.
There are two ways to specify the limit, depending on how you write minidumps:
1) If you call WriteMinidump() directly, there's now a version of the
function that takes the minidump size limit as an argument.
2) If you use the ExceptionHandler class, the MinidumpDescriptor object you
pass to it now has a set_size_limit() method you would call before
passing it to the constructor.

Currently, if a thread's stack pointer is not within a valid memory page,
the minidump writing will fail with an error. This change allows an invalid
stack pointer by simply setting the memory size to zero in the minidump.
The processing code already checks for the size being zero, although it
currently just gives an error (see https://breakpad.appspot.com/413002/).

When a variable is used to set (and lookup) MappingInfo's "start_addr"
field, it needs to match types -- which is "uintptr_t". When Chrome OS
updated the 'make' that's used for building, the 32-bit "char *" had
sign-extended when cast up to a u_int64_t -- maybe because pointers were
unsigned before and then changed to be signed -- and that caused the address
lookup to fail.

This patch is part of a bigger patch that helps merging the breakpad code
with the modified version in Chromium OS.
Specifically, this patch makes the following changes:
1. Add a SafeReadLink function that wraps sys_readlink() to resolve a
symbolic link but guarantees the result is NULL-terminated on success.
2. Refactor other source code to use SafeReadLink instead of readlink()
or sys_readlink().
BUG=455
TEST=Tested the following:
1. Build on 32-bit and 64-bit Linux with gcc 4.4.3 and gcc 4.6.
2. Build on Mac OS X 10.6.8 with gcc 4.2 and clang 3.0 (with latest gmock).
3. All unit tests pass.
4. Run minidump-2-core to covnert a minidump file to a core file.
