As part of this, I'm also fixing: - Removed the .vcproj file as it can be generated from the .gyp file on demand. - error C4335: Mac file format detected. Fixed the line endings for omap.cc and dia_util.cc. - warning C4003: not enough actual parameters for macro 'max' Symupload.exe was compiled using MSVS 2013 and DIA SDK 12.0. *	Add explicit OMAP support to dump_syms.	chrisha@chromium.org	2013-05-01	1	-0/+92
	This CL adds new utilities to common/windows for handling OMAP information in PDB files. It then augments PdbSourceLineWriter with explicit OMAP knowledge so that symbolization will proceed more cleanly for images whose PDB files contain OMAP information. This makes breakpad handle OMAPped symbol files as cleanly as WinDbg.
