This commit is the first implementation of a new new new urlbar

Here are its features:
- KLineEdit based
- ability to easily add "icons" :)
- SSL informations shown (a-la firefox)
- smoother animation
- cleaner code
- data QString, not KUrl based (Users type string, not urls!!!)
