oops... by accident (-a) added here also the easy fix
for tabs:
- shown "Loading..." string while loading
- use IconManager to properly show tab icon on load finished

- inline spell highlighter. This requires WebKit 2.3 to work.
- Addition of a suggested replacement word list to the context menu,
for the word right clicked on
- A standard modeless spell check dialog that works on the current
editable text (or selection).

Now, all the "KMainWindow" logic is moved to this new class.
"Restored" session management.
NOTE: Probably needs some fixes yet, but seems going in the
right direction...
