Multiple subwindows interface

Subwindows are similar to tab groups.
- Rewrote Browser and MainWindow, so they should be somewhat cleaner now
- Moved AboutDialog to lib/about

What's broken:
- loading bar
- search box
- address bar bookmark suggestions
- plugins
